Unit 7b is opposite Regent Electrical in the middle of the two newer looking blue sheds. You can park at the end of the shed or around the back. Or indeed anywhere that doesn't look like it's someone else's spot, even on the yellow lines, as long as you aren't blocking anything.
For some reason Google maps won’t put the marker down in the correct place. The workshop is in the industrial units in the top left of this map....

The gallery is south-east of here, up the cobbled Conduit Hill, about 150m away. Please note that this car park is used as a market on thursdays. So for thursday workshops you can park for free in MIlitary Road (road to Appledore), or use one of the other (more expensive) town car parks.
Some sat-navs call our part of the high Street, East Cliff.
