cancellation policy
We cannot take provisional bookings or reserve places on the workshops. The booking is only a reserved place once the the day has been paid for.
We will hold a waiting list for any over-subscribed workshops, and will where possible offer your place to someone else. If this is possible, we will give a 100% refund, regardless of when you cancel. If we cannot fill your place we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation conditions.
In the event of you needing to cancel or being unable to attend, the following refund policy applies....
Cancellation more than 14 days before the workshop day 100% refund.
Cancellation 7-14 days before the workshop day 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the workshop day, or non arrival on the day - no refund.
